Illinois Supreme Court Says Tamms Can Close

From our friends at Tamms Year Ten:

The Illinois Supreme Court just issued its order vacating the preliminary injunction issued by the judge in Alexander County which had forced the Department to leave Tamms open. This is the last impediment to the Governor’s plan to close Tamms. So, hopefully, the place will be empty by Christmas!
